BMX gate.

Starting gate practice is a key to being successful at the sport of BMX racing. Langley BMX offers a number of nights throughout the year where you can come and practice your gate starts. This will be posted on the schedule page.

5 year old Jacob, racing the 5 and under novice class, notice his father helping him on the starting gate. Once Jacob turns 6 he will have to start by himself.

Monday Night Gate practices are on, come out and work on your starting gate practice.

All ages are welcome and there is no charge and it is lots of fun.
